THE FACES
This is what a realistic caricature means: instantly them, only more so. From a single portrait to a whole family, it is always the same hand and the same ink.

“One hundred per cent hand-painted” is only words, and automated shops write it too. What cannot be faked is the work in progress. Ask for a photo of your commission halfway through: pencil lines still showing, water jar on the table, your dog’s grin appearing on real paper.

The original: the very sheet of paper Sébastien Rieu drew on, signed by hand and posted flat and tracked from France. Its high-definition scan also comes to you by email, so you can have it reprinted whenever you like.
HOW LONG UNTIL IT IS ON MY WALL?
About two weeks. You approve the sketch first, then receive the high-definition scan of the finished artwork by email, and the original follows by tracked post from Bordeaux.
IS IT DRAWN BY A HUMAN, WITH NO AI AT ALL?
Yes. Sébastien Rieu draws every commission himself, in Indian ink, watercolour or acrylic on paper, with no AI, no filter and no template at any stage. Ask for a progress photo of your own commission if you want to watch it happen.
CAN I ASK FOR CHANGES?
Yes. After ordering you receive the sketch by email and can ask for adjustments until it feels right. The final artwork only begins once you have approved it.
CAN I ORDER A BIGGER SIZE, OR SOMETHING UNUSUAL?
Formats run from A5 to A2, and anything beyond that is quoted individually: several people, a pet beside its owner, a house and the family in front of it, a whole road trip. Describe it on the contact page and Sébastien replies with a price.
