What photo should I send? A recent clear photo, front-facing, with the face in decent light. A candid from a phone works fine — no need for a professional shot.
Can I keep it a surprise? Yes — the sketch approval is sent to you, the organiser, not the person being drawn. The leaving person doesn’t need to see it until the big reveal.
How long does it take? Standard: 5–7 working days from order to digital delivery. Printed portraits add 2–3 working days for posting. Rush orders possible — ask when ordering.
What if it doesn’t look right? That’s what the sketch approval is for. You see the drawing before it’s finalised. If something’s not right, adjustments are made at that stage.
