From your photos to their wedding gift
Send photos and a date
Choose your gift, upload one or more clear photos and add your instructions, names and wedding date. Separate photos of the two people are fine. Choose no background or add a full-colour background for £22.
Approve their likeness
Your photos and instructions are saved before you continue to secure payment. After payment, I send a pencil sketch for approval before finishing the drawing in ink and watercolour.
Receive it before the celebration
Your finished drawing is reproduced on the chosen gift and shipped to you. You also receive a video of the drawing process — a lovely extra to share with the couple.
The date matters as much as the gift.
Plan several weeks ahead. Drawing, your approval, printing and shipping all take time. Tell me your delivery country and the date you need the parcel; I will confirm what is possible before you order. A rush drawing does not mean rush delivery of a printed gift.
Before you plan the surprise
Can I order before the wedding photos exist?
Yes. Clear, recent everyday photos are enough, and separate photos of the two people are fine. For wedding outfits, send references or describe the details in your instructions.
What does the price include?
Every wedding gift includes two people drawn by hand in full colour, the selected printed product, a video of the drawing process and standard UK delivery. Prices are £79 for the puzzle, £89 for the cushion, £119 for the framed print, £129 for the sherpa blanket and £149 for the framed canvas. The base price does not include a background.
How do I add a background?
Choose the optional full-colour background on the order form for £22 per product and describe it in words. No additional image is required. Complex scenes, extra people and pets need a separate quote before ordering.
Do I send the photos before paying?
Yes. Upload your photos and save your instructions first. Payment becomes available only after the photos have been saved and verified. You can add or remove photos before starting payment.
Is the drawing made by hand, without AI?
Yes. I am Sébastien Rieu, a French caricature artist with 25 years of experience. I draw in ink and watercolour on paper, without AI image generation or a photo filter. A video of the drawing process is included.
Do I receive the original drawing?
These five gifts are printed reproductions of my hand-drawn artwork. The original artwork on paper is a separate purchase; contact me if you would like it too.
When should I order for a wedding?
The usual estimate is approximately 7–12 days, but a wedding deadline deserves extra margin. Plan several weeks ahead and contact me with the required arrival date before ordering. Drawing, sketch approval, printing and shipping all take time. The 24-hour digital service does not apply to these printed gifts.
Can this be a surprise or a gift from several friends?
Yes. One person can coordinate the photos, order and sketch approval. Have the gift delivered to your address so you can check and wrap it before the wedding.
Can I request changes before printing?
Yes. After payment, I send a pencil sketch for approval. Request changes at this stage, before the final drawing and printing.
Which sizes and frames can I choose?
The cushion comes in 18 × 18 or 20 × 12 inches. The framed print is 11 × 17 inches with natural wood, black or white framing. The canvas is 12 × 18 inches with a white or black frame. Make your choice on the photo-upload order form; the price stays the same within each product.
